Anyways I’m starting OMAD again because its the only way i lose weight ever. I have such a problem with binging and it helps me not eat all damn day. Its like as soon as food crosses my lips i cant stop until I’m uncomfortably full. So i limit my meal to like 800 and i can still basically eat whatever i want and feel nearly sick by the end of it. ugh its so bad but it is what it is at this point.
Anyone else here do OMAD?

eeyyyyy i do :3 I'm trying to practice on fasting for up to 2 days. It's been hard when my mum constantly force me to eat something at dinner, and that I have a bunch of snacks that make me very tempted.
