i really need to lose weight...so here we go! STATS: height: 5'5-6 sw: 168 hw: 173 cw: 170 lw:158 ------------- gw1: 160 gw2: 145 gw3: 130 gw4: 115 gw5: 100 ugw: 90-95
RULES: less than 1000 calories a day only eat between 1pm-7pm (17:7 or longer) fast on sunday, liquid fast on wednesday light walking 30+ a day at 6-9 am + 6-9 pm light running for 15 minutes a day anytime everyday excluding sunday 50 squats throughout the day at least one cup of water per meal/snack only cold showers weigh in everyday 6am-10am walk/run/exercise whenever possible practice a dance after waking up and before sleeping // yoga as an alternative go to sleep at 8-10 pm / wake up at 5-8 am fast whenever possible
ACCOUNTABILITY SW: 170 pounds
WEEKLY WEIGH-INS: 1/8/20 - 172 >_> 8/8/20 - 15/8/20 - 22/8/20 -

intake:.5 lb of spicy pickles = 0 calstall caramel ribbon crunch = 330 calsquesarito (taco bell) = 650 calsroot beer = 160 calstotal = 1,140 calsalright. intake is terrible bc i had to go out w my mom and grandma and ended up eating a lot, but...better then most of my days, ig. im planning on exercising a bit and trying to take a room temperature water shower so i can slowly introduce cold showers into my routine. hopefully my fast tomorrow will be helpful? god i wishaaanyway, i'll update this once i've run a bit and taken a room temperature (ooh spooky) so ill see yall til then, peace!
