Alright alright ladies and gents, so I set a goal for myself that I was gonna be 90 lbs by my birthday which is Christmas Eve. Its far fetched as FUCK, I know, but coke is amazing and so is Chloe Ting.

This is the concerned mom friend in me, but it sounds like you're going to be going pretty hardcore, so please try and remember to take vitamins and practice harm reduction, okay? Weigh in: 143 Its probably because I started the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred workout plan yesterday and I'm hella sore, also I drank more water than normal yesterday cause we're kickstarting this shit. So far today I have had: Goo Berry Probiotic (80) 1/2 Everything Bagel (156) 2 tbs cream cheese (60) one peach (57) 353 calories total
For dinner I'm planning on having 2.5 oz of tortellini and some salad. Should end the day at around 550-560.
