Let's hear everyones goals for August! By the end of August I need to be More than halfway through ABC 120 lbs (we'll see about that though...) Working out every day

Hoping to get back down to 120lbs by mid August. I don't think that's too unrealistic since I did it last year with high restriction. I wanna fit into this pair of jeans I bought when I was 120 too. Also definitely binge less lol

Hoping to lose at least 25lbs. Maybe 30. Literally the only plus of being at a higher weight right now is that I can lose larger amounts of weight until my TDEE gets lower again. Either way, I need to be at my UGW by the time I'm done with this year since we're talking about going to Seoul and I'll need the time to get a new wardrobe so I don't look dumb lol

Down ten lbs I'm hoping. I'm high restricting but I'm legitimately overweight so I think it's achievable if I keep my ass in check.

Probably try go down by 2 kg (4.4 lbs), and be able to at least complete a 69 hour fast!

new goal: only eat solid foods once every 24-48 hours, liquids allowed with a max out of 450 cal (matcha latte w/almond milk, my regular kickstarts, and Mio)

not strictly a weight goal but i want to rebuild enough muscle and flexibility that i can start running outdoors instead of on the elliptical in the fall without fucking my knee up again.
